Test per verificare l’intolleranza a coloranti alimentari

Il test per accertare l’intolleranza ai coloranti alimentari viene di norma aggiunto ai pannelli di base, in special modo quando il paziente fa un uso regolare di alimenti quali caramelle, merendine, bibite analcoliche, gelati e sciroppi. Proprio per questa ragione si tratta di un tipo di indagine spesso proposta in presenza di bambini iperattivi.
